The CRM Steering Committee has designed the format this year to be a conference within a conference so as to maintain the vibrant community we have established. Aaron Shidler is Vice President Oracle Applications Development at Oracle.
He is responsible for driving product strategy and product management for the Oracle Siebel Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions and Oracle CRM On Demand solutions, which consists of sales, service, marketing, and commerce applications available on premise or in the cloud. Mr. Shidler is also responsible for aligning the Siebel and CRM On Demand solutions to the customer experience portfolio. Prior to this role, Mr. Shidler was Vice President, Oracle Fusion Product Strategy, CRM, Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Master Data Management (MDM) Applications.
